3. Services and Orders

Rise Digitizing provides custom digital services, including embroidery digitizing, logo digitizing, 3D puff digitizing, custom patch artwork, vector conversion, and related design services.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, design references, dimensions, embroidery machine requirements, file format preferences, and other information needed to complete their orders.

Order acceptance, pricing, estimated turnaround times, and delivery arrangements will be communicated through the website or other agreed customer communication channels.

4. Payments

Customers must pay the applicable price communicated at checkout or agreed before work begins. Orders may be processed through payment methods made available on the website, including Safepay where enabled.

Customers must not submit payment information belonging to another person without proper authorization. Payment confirmation and order acceptance may be subject to payment-provider verification.

5. Digital Delivery and Turnaround Times

Completed work will be delivered digitally through the delivery method agreed with the customer, such as email or another supported electronic channel.

Estimated turnaround times depend on the complexity of the design, the information provided, the order queue, and any agreed revisions. If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.

No physical product will be supplied unless explicitly agreed as part of a separate service.

6. Revisions and Customer Satisfaction

We aim to deliver files that reasonably meet the agreed design requirements. If a delivered file contains an error or does not reasonably conform to the agreed specifications, customers should contact us at [email protected].

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, provide revisions to address the issue. Customers should clearly describe the problem and provide relevant reference files or instructions.

If reasonable revisions do not resolve a qualifying issue, the customer may request a refund for review under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation requests and refund claims are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Eligibility depends on factors including whether work has started, whether the delivered service conforms to the agreed requirements, and whether reasonable revisions can resolve the issue.

Customers retain ownership of their original materials, subject to any rights held by third parties. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rise Digitizing retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and proprietary processes.

The ownership and permitted use of completed custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable order agreement and any written licensing terms.

Customers must not use our services to reproduce materials unlawfully or infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing their design instructions and confirming any critical specifications before production.

Because embroidery results may vary depending on fabric, thread, machine settings, stabilizers, and production methods, we cannot guarantee identical physical results across all machines or materials. We will, however, address genuine errors in the digital file in accordance with our revision and refund policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rise Digitizing will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, or removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer’s transaction.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the circumstances in which it may be shared with service providers.
