Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a design, placing an order, or communicating with RiseDigitizing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, businesses, and resellers using our embroidery digitizing services.
Order & File Submission Policy
Design Requirements
Clients must provide:High-quality artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or PSD)Clear size, placement, and stitch requirementsFabric type and embroidery details (if applicable)Low-quality images may affect the final digitizing result, and RiseDigitizing will not be responsible for issues caused by unclear artwork.
Copyright & Trademark Responsibility
Clients must ensure that submitted logos, artwork, or designs do not violate any copyright or trademark laws. RiseDigitizing is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials provided by clients.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the digitizing process begins. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible due to time and resource allocation.
Limitation of Liability
RiseDigitizing shall not be held liable for:Production losses due to machine or fabric issuesMinor stitch variations after test runsDelays caused by incomplete order details or communication gapsOur liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific digitizing service.
